On October 1, customer experience professionals in 21 cities around the world will take part in the first CX Day, a global celebration of companies and people that are creating great experiences for customers.

Here in Toronto, our President Steve Mast will be among the speakers participating in a panel discussion at an event to be held from 5:30 to 9 p.m. at the National Yacht Club.

Hosted by the CXPA (Customer Experience Professionals Association), the event will be the third CXPA Local Networking Event (LNE) to be held in the city.

Additional panellists include Alana Free, Vice President of People and Culture at GoodLife Fitness Clubs; Kes Sampanthar, Director of Research for Cynergy and Ben Watson, CMO of Whatnexx.
