Andrea Reck, Delvinia’s Director of Experience Design, will share best practices and approaches for designing customer-centric digital experiences during a half-day seminar being presented by the Canadian Marketing Association (CMA) next month.

The CMA’s User Experience 101 will explore various ways of offering personalized experiences and recommendations, by illustrating methods and approaches for designing with customers in mind. Past projects and examples will be provided during the seminar to highlight the methods and approaches discussed.

Emphasis will be placed on ensuring your content is relatable and action oriented, by offering materials and resources that will support your customers. Hands on activities will be offered during the seminar to illustrate the various methods and approaches that participants can implement.

Attendees will learn:

  • The importance of designing with the user in mind
  • Trends and approaches to user experience
  • Best practices in design from a UX / Design POV
  • Conversion funnel and methods to push customers into the path to purchase (i.e. embedded quote tools, product selector tools, save your progress features, comparison tools)
