Delvinia CEO Adam Froman and Amy Sullivan, our VP of Customer Insights, will be among the speakers taking part in Environics Analytics’ Fifth Annual User Conference on November 16. With the theme “Big Data: Harnessing the Power,” the conference will explore new and innovative ways to extract insight from data to better understand customers, evaluate markets and target products and services.

Adam will discuss the emerging role of social media in today’s marketing mix during a panel discussion about “The Changing Marketing Landscape.” The panel, to be chaired by Dr. Tony Lea, Senior VP and Chief Methodologist for Environics Analytics (EA), will also include Steve Shaw, Chief Strategy Officer of The Kenna Group; Peter Miron, Senior Research Associate at EA; Steve Irvine, Facebook’s Senior Business Leader for Canada and Doug Norris, EA Chief Demographer.

In her session, “Smarter Thinking: Understanding the People Behind the Clicks,” Amy will share Delvinia’s experience in working with Microsoft Advertising to integrate data for better digital insights. With products like Bing, Xbox, MSN and Windows Live, Microsoft Advertising had access to a range of metrics and visitor imagery. But the company wanted a deeper understanding of its consumers. Andrew Assad, Content and Propositions Marketing Manager for Microsoft Advertising, will talk about how the company used a combination of custom research with data from Environics Analytics and Delvinia to develop key target segments—information Microsoft Advertising plans to use for product development, sales and marketing.

Additional conference highlights include a keynote address by Michael Adams, President of Environics Group, case studies featuring organizations like Holt Renfrew and Rogers Communications, solutions demos of EA’s latest products and software and the Innovation awards.

The one-day conference takes place at the Toronto Board of Trade, located in First Canadian Place. REGISTER NOW.
