In 2020 Delvinia acquired CRIS (Conversational Research Insight System). Due to the complementary nature of their products they already share several customers, and are working together to continue the expansion of the capabilities of CRIS.
CRIS uses AI and machine learning to conduct one-to-one chat based interviews at scale, collecting both qualitative and quantitative data on a secure web-based messaging platform. CRIS was integrated into Delvinia’s automated market research platform, Methodify, in 2018.
