We are delighted to announce that we have decided to partner with Schlesinger Group to support our continued growth and expansion into the research technology space. As part of the deal, Schlesinger Group will acquire both our award winning research automation platform, Methodify, and our leading data collection panel, AskingCanadians for a combination of cash and shares in Schlesinger Group. The entire Delvinia team will be employed by Schlesinger Group, continuing to be based in Toronto, Canada.

After 23 years innovating and transforming how data is collected, protected & used to power better decision-making, we embarked on a path to find a partner to continue to support our continued international expansion while maintaining a dominant presence in Canada. Methodify by Delvinia has experienced over 1900% growth (ranked #32 on the Globe and Mail’s Top Growing Companies in 2021) over the past 3 years while AskingCanadians continues to provide data collection services to the Canadian market. Schlesinger Group rose to the top as the obvious choice to support Methodify’s continued international expansion, while AskingCanadians will provide Schlesinger a strong footprint in Canada, including Quebec.

“We have experienced incredible growth as an innovative research technology company financing our growth primarily through a combination revenue and innovation funding from the Canadian government.  We were looking for a partner that would allow us to continue to service the Canadian insights industry with quality data collection solutions, while helping us to realize the vision of Methodify to become the operating system of market research globally”, says Adam Froman, CEO of Delvinia. “Schlesinger Group ticked all our boxes, aligning strategically and culturally to support our desire to redefine, reimagine and transform the global insights industry.”

Steve Schlesinger, CEO, Schlesinger Group, said, “The addition of Methodify and its team’s exceptional talent to Schlesinger’s capabilities brings immediate innovative opportunities for our clients. It reinforces our strategy to continue the digital transformation of marketing research and accelerates our vision to become the global leader in research technology (ResTech) and data solutions for smarter insights.”

Delvinia will remain actively involved in the Canadian business landscape, retaining ownership of CRIS by Delvinia, an AI-enabled virtual moderator, and its investments in both Measure Protocol and PersonaPanels.
