AODA-User-Experience-Webinar

Andrea Reck, Delvinia’s Director of Experience Design, will share her expertise on the importance of designing for web accessibility during an AODA webinar being presented by the Canadian Marketing Association (CMA) next month.

With AODA laws and regulations pushing this issue to the forefront of web design; UX designers need to think beyond the legislation and consider the basic needs and accessibility of users.

The CMA’s AODA for User Experience Webinar, which is geared towards marketing practitioners, information architects and user experience designers, will explore the importance of designing for web accessibility in online user experiences.

Attendees will learn the basics of accessible design, best practices and guidelines for UX designers to follow when designing for the web, and will gain an understanding of what the AODA, WCAG 2.0 and accessibility standards are.
