In-Home Product Testing: Pasta In-Home test

The Case

Our client was interested in inviting respondents to try a new pasta product in their home, and then to share their opinions about the product.

The Story

The Delvinia Data collection team recruited respondents willing to participate, at which point the product was delivered directly to their homes. After trying the product for a set period of time, respondents participated in a follow-up survey, providing their feedback relatively instantly which allowed their opinions to be fresh in their minds. The data from the initial survey was then merged with the data from the follow-up survey and delivered to our client in a timely fashion.

The in-home test and follow-up online survey allowed our client to gather valuable consumer feedback on the real-life use of a new product in a relatively short period of time.
