Complex Methodologies: Luxury Vehicle Nomenclature

The Case

Our client required a very complex survey involving intricate skip patterns and image manipulation, yet one that would still provide the respondents with a straight-forward survey experience.

The Story

The Delvinia Data Collection team was asked to deliver an accurately programmed survey that was complex from a back-end perspective, yet easy to complete from the respondent’s point of view. Paramount to the success of this very complex survey was an in-depth understanding of the client’s needs.

Our programming expertise allowed us to complete programming at a high level of difficulty in a short period of time. This was a low incidence study with a sample size of 375. The fieldwork was completed in 3 days and the client received a completed survey in 5 days despite its extremely complex design.
