Teaching and learning are among our core values here at Delvinia. We are continually learning about our clients, their customers and the digital landscape. We also endeavour to provide thought leadership and education.

Adam Froman

In the coming weeks, Adam Froman, our CEO, and Steve Mast, our President, will be speaking at a variety of industry events and conferences, providing insights and sharing their expertise on a range of topics, including niche demographics, mobile and retail trends, market research and analytics.

On Thursday, April 28, Steve will be among the presenters taking part in the Digital Marketing for Financial Services Summit, which Delvinia is sponsoring. His presentation, entitled Targeting Your Digital Efforts to Niche Markets for Best Results, will focus on the need for marketers to tailor their marketing strategies for different demographic groups. Steve will be speaking about how to create digital campaigns for particular niche markets, how to engage and relate to groups based on their needs and preferences and how to build niche digital communities to maximize the viral potential of their campaigns.

Steve Mast

Delvinia’s latest DIG report, The Social Shopper: A Lens into the Future of Retail Experiences, will be the focus of a session being presented by Steve at the Retail Advertising & Marketing Symposium being held on May 4. The one-day event, presented by the Retail Council of Canada in conjunction with Retail Advertising & Marketing Canada, takes place at the International Centre and focuses on how retailers can embrace technology to drive success. Steve’s presentation will offer insights into customer behaviours and key considerations for retailers that are aiming to create effective digital customer experiences.

On May 9, Adam will address attendees at the second annual Confirmit Community Conference: Beyond the Horizon in Las Vegas. His presentation, Adapting Research for the Digital Age, will provide insight into the available tools that can be used to collect data, in an engaging and active style, without sacrificing the integrity of the data.

In the coming months, Adam is also slated to speak at the MRIA 2011 National Conference, being held in Kelowna, BC from May 29 to 31 and at the American Marketing Association‘s Research and Strategy Summit in Orlando in September.

Steve’s upcoming speaking engagements also include presentations at the Canadian Marketing Association’s 2011 National Convention in May, the SES Toronto Conference & Expo in June, and the ArtezInterAction Fundraising & Networking Conference in September.

We’ll provide greater details about each of these speaking engagements as the conference dates near.
