The Marketing Research and Intelligence Association (MRIA) holds its annual conference in Toronto later this month and our EVP Raj Manocha will be sharing some of the innovative work our team is doing.
Raj will join Paul Gareau, SVP, Millward Brown, to talk about a recent geo-fencing research project in a session called Geo-fencing and Real-Time Engagement.
Raj and Paul will share their perspectives on how to create great respondent experiences and gain real-time insights while exploring new opportunities for data collection beyond traditional research surveys; specifically how to measure the impact of experiential marketing on brand attitudes and shopping behaviour as soon after the experience as possible in order to capture more accurate recall of what consumers actually saw and did in store.
Their session takes place on Thursday, June 1st from 3-3:30 p.m. and will cover:
- How to keep experience in mind when adopting new technologies and working with new clients
- How to modify new and emerging technologies to fit into the user experience
- How to optimize new data collection processes based on previous internal experience.
The MRIA conference runs from May 31 to June 2 at the Toronto Marriott Downtown Eaton Centre.
