SchulichDelvinia CEO Adam Froman will be among the speakers taking part in the 8th annual MBA Insights Conference at York University’s Schulich School of Business on November 7.

Organized by the Graduate Business Council, the annual career conference includes a keynote address from John Cappella, Director of Network Development at Porsche Cars Canada Ltd. and 12 industry panel discussions on topics like Arts and Media, Technology and Operations, Marketing, Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies.

Adam, who graduated from Schulich in 1992 with an MBA specializing in the areas of Strategy and Finance, will join Jeff Chapleau, President and CEO of Due Good Deeds, and Joe Stasko, Account Manager at the Business Development Bank of Canada on a panel (PDF) moderated by Douglas Kennedy, RBC Managing Director at the Centre for Global Enterprise, to share his experience as an entrepreneur.

Students will also have an opportunity to meet alumni from organizations like CPA, Scotiabank, BMO, CIBC, RBC, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte, the City of Toronto, and the Hospital for Sick Children among others.

Adam has participated in several alumni events at Schulich and earlier this year Delvinia established a scholarship for MBA students at school. The first recipient of the Delvinia Scholarship for Entrepreneurship and Digital Innovation will be selected next month.
