CCC_2014Confirmit kicks off its global roadshow next month with CCC’14 Orlando, which takes place at the Ritz-Carlton, Grande Lakes on May 8-9. This year, the technology provider is adopting a ‘Be a Hero’ theme for the event and celebrating the people who are driving positive change in their organizations.

?Delvinia President Steve Mast will present a case study on our work with Manulife Financial. His session, Mapping Manulife’s Direct-to-Consumer Path to Purchase, will illustrate how Delvinia helped Manulife use customer journey mapping within its direct to consumer business to identify opportunities to innovate and improve the customer experience.

Through the customer journey mapping process, coupled with persona work, Manulife gained a better understanding of who their customers are and how they were interacting with the brand. This enabled Manulife to empathize with their customers and identify areas to improve service, which led to the introduction of a mobile website and the award-winning CoverMe Packing App, and enabled the brand to differentiate itself in the marketplace.

Confirmit’s Orlando event will be followed by regional events in London, Cologne, Oslo and San Francisco.
