2013CMAThe Canadian Marketing Association is partnering with The Art of Marketing for the 2013 CMA National Convention, which includes two days of keynote speakers and marketing workshops at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre on June 4-5.

On Day One—which includes a session by Delvinia President Steve Mast—attendees will have the opportunity to take part in 15 workshops, case studies and lectures.

Steve’s session, Mapping the New Customer Path to Purchase, concerns the need to map the customer journey to determine whether your business is connecting with today’s digitally empowered customer at the points that are most critical to them.

Using examples from Delvinia’s work with Manulife Financial, Steve will illustrate how the firm used customer journey mapping within its direct to consumer business to identify opportunities to innovate and improve the customer experience.

The National Convention continues with the Art of Marketing on Day Two, which includes speakers like author Seth Godin, Twitter co-founder Biz Stone, Canadian musician David Usher, and New York Times investigative reporter Charles Duhigg.
