Delvinia Analytics & Insights
With both a research team and a digital marketing team in-house, it only made sense that we research Canadians’ attitudes toward technology.
We have extensive data that can help you:
- Understand the level of digital sophistication of your customers relative to all Canadians, and design customer experiences accordingly
- Target your existing digitally-inclined customers
- Target prospective customers through the appropriate channels
- Migrate customers who are likely adopters of online products and services.
The Insight Engine
The Delvinia Insight Engine is our set of resources on Canadians’ digital habits, from our proprietary nation-wide panel, to detailed demographic studies, to census data. We’ve compiled the research so that you can know exactly what your audience wants from digital technology, whether it’s a teenager in Vancouver or an elderly Francophone in New Brunswick.
Following are a few of the tools we use as part of the Insight Engine:
Delvinia Digital MOSAIC – The first market segmentation system that groups Canadians according to their attitudes toward and the use of digital technology. Developed in conjunction with Generation5, it tells our customers exactly what kind of digital experience their clients want, coast-to-coast.
Delvinia Digital Canadians – An additional data overlay that contains predicted digital behaviours for every household and postal code in Canada. Attributes include mobile activity, online behaviour, technology ownership and purchase intent.
AskingCanadians™ and Qu’en pensez vous™ – Delvinia’s 160,000 member Canada-wide panel and its French-language counterpart mean that we can survey Canadians directly on their thought and behaviours.
Accessing the Raw Data
For most of our customers, we use this research to create digital experiences that are suited to their audience. However, if you need the reports in their entirety, Digital MOSAIC and Delvinia Digital Canadians are also available for purchase. Contact us to learn more.
Delvinia Insight Reports
