Privacy Policy

Thank you for your interest in the website and service located at www.delvinia.com (the “Website”) owned, operated, licensed and controlled by Methodify, owned and operated by Delvinia Technology Inc. ( “Methodify”, “we,” “our” or “us”). The terms “you,” “your” and “yours” refer to anyone accessing, viewing, browsing, visiting or using the Website, including survey creators and survey respondents. To the extent that you participate in one of our services or use our website, you will be governed by this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

Your personal privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect every time you visit the Website or respond to a survey, and how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “personal information” shall be interpreted in a manner that conforms with the minimum requirements of applicable provincial and federal privacy legislation.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully, and if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at support@delvinia.com. By visiting the Website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

One of the main goals of Delvina is to provide marketers, brands and other businesses with an easy online method for conducting, and obtaining and understanding the results from surveys for products, services and other ideas. These businesses register with Methodify and then upload their survey questions and parameters. We then work, on our client’s behalf, with our panellists who are part of our AskingCanadians community to complete the survey, and then we report and analyze the results of the surveys for the businesses.

AskingCanadians is another division of (but in the same company as) Delvinia Technology Inc. Because Methodify and AskingCanadians are different divisions, if you are an AskingCanadians panellist, we ask that you review the AskingCanadians privacy policy to understand the terms governing your personal information. The terms contained herein are in addition to the terms contained on the AskingCanadians privacy policy.

What personal information do we collect? And why?

In addition, we will not use your personal information for any purposes other than conducting surveys, unless you have previously authorized us to do so.
