Our Culture
First of all, we refer to ourselves as Delvinians. Because when you adopt a culture, you also adopt a name. Like an immigrant, an adoptee, or a pet hamster.
We’ve got new digs but that won’t stop us from shouting from one end of the office to another–when appropriate. We love to share and to learn and we’re enthusiastic, so the conversation boils and bubbles all day long.
We’re also proud of our clients and our work. You can’t have good work without good clients. So, while we play around and explore and learn, we buckle down and hit the keyboard (or drawing pad, or whatever) just as intensely as we play.
Want to come meet us in person? Some snippets of what to expect:
- Randy can Tweet, update his Facebook status with one hand tied behind his back checking in on on Foursquare
- If offered some Cheetos, Grace is physically incapable of refusing.
- Mirjana tells it like it is. She just does.
- We had a craft camp for the Princess Margaret Hospital’s “Doves of Hope” campaign. We created a cucaracha dove, a Las Vegas dove and a Canada-dove, among others. By the end of the day, we were more glittery than a figure skating unicorn.
We’re a team, and we’re having fun. It happens that the activity we’re enjoying is research and digital marketing. We’re proud of it, and we’re proud of our team, and we hope you get to know us (and have some fun too).
