Delvinia conducted a full landscape scan to determine the best of breed direct-to-consumer sites within the insurance space and across the broader market. This was followed by a series of stakeholder interviews and a content audit with the goal of improving user experience and understandability.
Delvinia’s strategy was built with a customer-centric path in mind and with the goal of making the purchase decision instinctual. This involved creating a site where consumers could access advice, view easy to compare options in an interactive product selector tool, and move through the application process easily.
Launched in February 2016, the SureHealth platform (www.surehealth.ca) provides a seamless transactional experience through an innovative and engaging customer-centric platform that matches products based on user needs, features a range of selector tools, and provides seamless connections between the online and offline worlds.
