20150401_175559We’re proud to announce the inaugural recipient of the Delvinia Award for Entrepreneurship and Digital Innovation has been selected at the Schulich School of Business.

Jake Stief, President of Fitset and an MBA student specializing in Entrepreneurial Studies & Real Property Development, is this year’s recipient. Delvinia CEO Adam Froman presented Jake with the scholarship certificate during a speaking engagement at an event hosted by the school’s Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital Club on Wednesday.

The scholarship, founded by Adam, is awarded to a second year MBA/IMBA student. In addition to meeting certain academic requirements, students were asked to submit a written statement as part of their submission demonstrating, through their personal extracurricular, community and employment activities, their connection to an entrepreneurial story like Delvinia’s and their commitment to entrepreneurial spirit, digital innovation and drive.

The Schulich scholarship is part of Delvinia’s ongoing initiative to give back and encourage the entrepreneurial spirit of students, but also to partner with area universities to invest in next generation talent.

Congratulations to Jake on being chosen as the recipient of this new award!
