320_teamDelvinia, a leader in digital innovation and home to AskingCanadians and AskingAmericans, today announced the expansion of its leadership team, promoting four senior staff members in recognition of their roles in the company’s success and to prepare for the firm’s future growth plans.

With a 40-per cent increase in revenues in the first quarter of 2014, over the same period last year, Delvinia and AskingCanadians continue to realize record growth in every aspect of the business.

“The team members being promoted to more senior roles within our company have been instrumental in the success of our business to date and will continue to play key roles going forward,” said Delvinia CEO Adam Froman.

Raj Manocha, who joined AskingCanadians as Director of Sales in 2011, has been named Senior Vice President of the AskingCanadians business unit. Roy Gonsalves becomes Vice President of Sales for AskingCanadians and Angela Lau moves into the new role of Director of Operations, responsible for overseeing all of the operations for the data collection business.

Responsible for advancing the digital consulting practice at Delvinia, Rosalina Lin-Allen moves into the role of Senior Vice President, Digital Consulting.

Along with these promotions, Delvinia has expanded its office capacity by taking over the office next door, more than doubling its current Toronto office space, adding an additional 50 desks to accommodate its growing team.

“Our team is excited about the growth we are experiencing and the investment in our expanded office space provides us with the ability to meet the continued demand from our clients and to implement our innovation agenda,” Froman said.
