Company’s evolution builds on the successful implementation of its innovation framework to commercialize next generation digital products and services

September 16, 2015 (TORONTO, ON) – Delvinia CEO Adam Froman is pleased to announce new roles for two members of the company’s senior management team as the firm increases its focus on creating and commercializing next generation digital products and services.

Delvinia President Steve Mast is taking on the additional role of Chief Innovation Officer, and Senior Vice President Raj Manocha is being promoted to Executive Vice President.

“We’re redefining the leadership responsibilities as Delvinia transforms itself to becoming an innovation firm that offers strategic consulting, invests in identifying ways to commercialize the application of digital technologies and runs a portfolio of successful digital businesses,” Froman said.

Delvinia’s Consulting Group has successfully taken numerous clients through its innovation framework in recent years, including SickKids Foundation, Manulife Financial and RBC Royal Bank. Delvinia has also been successful in commercializing its own digital businesses and platforms. AskingCanadians, founded more than a decade ago, has experienced triple-digit growth over the past five years, becoming one of the leading online data collection businesses in Canada.

Mast, who will continue to head Delvinia’s consulting practice, will also lead the Delvinia innovation agenda and process; responsible for identifying and prototyping Delvinia’s future innovations.

As Executive Vice President, Manocha will maintain the leadership of AskingCanadians and AskingAmericans and will also assume responsibility for the commercialization of all future businesses within the Delvinia Group of Companies.

Froman will continue to be responsible for the overall strategic direction of Delvinia, building industry and academic partnerships to forward Delvinia’s innovation agenda as well as fostering the innovation culture across the company.

“Innovation has always been part of our DNA and the evolution to becoming an innovation firm has been happening for quite some time,” Froman said. “While helping our clients to transform their organizations remains a core business, given the maturity of the marketplace and the success of AskingCanadians, we felt that now is the time to commercialize other ideas and innovations.”
