The 2014 CMA/MRIA Customer Experience Conference is just around the corner!
The Canadian Marketing Association (CMA) and the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association (MRIA) are teaming up to host the second annual CX Conference for marketers and researchers next month.
The event, being co-chaired by Delvinia President Steve Mast and Janine Keogh, Vice-President Marketing, Biscuit Category Canada, Mondel?z International, takes place on March 4th at the Toronto Region Board of Trade.
This year’s event focuses on the human interaction between brands and their customers. The conference website notes that “The marketing, selling and experiences you create for your customers need to create emotion, connections, relationships and adoration for your brands. People are attracted to things that make them feel good about themselves and the world. Every interaction and transaction needs to feel like it’s coming from the same place and be a positive experience. Everyone in your company owns this customer experience whether it’s a good one or a bad one. So everyone needs to care.”
Attendees will hear from leading organizations and industry experts who have successfully translated strategy into action and have achieved customer loyalty and advocacy. Speakers include Dr. A.K. Pradeep, Chairman, Nielsen NeuroFocus; Steven Tramposch, VP Consumer and Marketing Intelligence, Heineken USA and Kevin Thompson, Vice President, Customer Experience and Development, Barneys New York, to name a few. (Visit the conference website for the full conference agenda.)
With topics like How to Create a Loyal Following like Lady Gaga and Fuelling Passion, the day’s sessions will focus on:
- How internal culture drives customer relationships
- Sharing tools and stories about how to start, nurture or enhance your customer’s experience with your brands, products or services
- Inspiring the audience with ideas to get started or tweak the approach they are already taking.
