Interactive Project Managers

This is what you sound like:

• “This is the budget, guys – let’s make it happen.” Develop estimates for all interactive work within a given project; create and maintain project schedule (including all dates, milestones and resource requirements); track and manage scope and budgets on all assigned projects
• “I love detail.” Understand and communicate client business needs to the internal team and to third-party vendor; develop detailed project plans
• “A happy team makes a happy client.” Manage client, third-party vendors and freelancers as related to project deliverable; collaborate with account management team to manage client expectations and communications flow
• “I’ve got six arms and I sleep with one eye open.” Managing multiple simultaneous projects involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints
• “I’ve got a process for everything…and what I don’t know, I’ll figure out.” Working with the Production Manager and other key team members on docket management, QA, and timesheet reconciliation.

You have mad skills:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in the interactive industry
• Solid track record of successfully delivering complex projects from start to completion
• Ability to multi-task and process information quickly
• Highly developed organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Advanced computer and software skills
• Ability to cultivate long-term client relationships and meet or exceed client expectations
