To create enduring, strategic programs and platforms that engage consumers and get results, our approach connects the customer with the brand and the agency throughout the process. We created AskingCanadians™ in 2005 in an effort to fuel our strategy and design teams and to gain insight from Canadians across the country.

AskingCanadians™ owns and manages Canada’s premier proprietary research community – also known as AskingCanadians™ – and its French counterpart Qu’en pensez vousMC. Our nationwide community includes individuals from all walks of life who have opted-in to participate in online surveys that influence today’s leading brands.

Our core service offerings include survey programming and hosting, Voice of the Customer programs and platforms, online tools for testing rich media creative, one-on-one interviewing, custom recruitment and online panel management.

We’ve developed strong partnerships with two of Canada’s most well-known and firmly established loyalty programs: HBC Rewards and Aeroplan. This allows us to reward panellists’ participation with their choice of HBC Rewards bonus points or Aeroplan Miles, as well as various prizes. The result is an average survey response rate that eclipses the industry.

Online panel management – AskingCanadians™ prides itself on innovation and state-of-the-art programming. We have found that designing interactive surveys creates better experiences for respondents and leads to high quality answers. With more than 40 Flash-based options, AskingCanadians™ has become an industry leader in this type of respondent engagement.

AskingCanadians™ Pulse – Our online omnibus survey offers a low-cost survey option without compromising speed, accuracy or credibility. Reaching 1,000 nationally-representative Canadians biweekly, you will have results within seven days.

AskingMedia™, our proprietary modular online platform for testing rich media creative and product concepts is yet another research tool. It can accommodate any methodology and collect consumer responses in a cost-effective manner.

Guess What They Said – Each month we pose an interesting question to a target group in our AskingCanadians™ panel as part of our Guess What They Said initiative for the market research community. Guess What They Said allows you to try and guess what the results were.
