Job Description

As a Senior Survey Programmer at AskingCanadians, you will be responsible for all programming, integration and deployment of our web-based surveys, for client and internal purposes. This includes:

  • Quality Assurance of programmed surveys
  • Immediately communicating any issues to the Project Manager / Research Specialist
  • Reviewing client-provided and internal surveys, feedback and amendments
  • Working to creatively solve problems and meet the challenges presented by the business needs of clients

Who we are looking for:

You are a Survey Programmer with 2+ years’ experience on the Confirmit platform and a general understanding of online research. You have experience working in an environment that is fast paced, and with handling short turn-around times. You thrive on the challenge.

With this experience, you are likely familiar with HTML, CSS, jQuery & JavaScript. If you are not, it is not a deal breaker – but we would prefer someone that has a comfort level with these tools as this position will require regular use of them. If you have experience with Front End development, Photoshop or Fireworks this is a bonus.

You are highly detail oriented and excel in a team environment. You aren’t afraid to speak up if something goes wrong, and are committed to continuous improvement of your skills; your university or college diploma was only a stepping stone to your current skill level.
